phone calls to sterling holiday resorts for hotel booking disconnected

Due to the covid 19 pandemic the domain investor could not take her normal holiday in sterling.
So now she is trying to enquire at 9003302727 yet the phone call is disconnected repeatedly
Allegedly R&AW/cbi employees in panaji, goa are disconnecting the phone calls after the introductory message
Is anyone else in panaji, goa facing the same problem please revert
